What a joke
"I suppose they would be lovely if they ever arrive. They posted them to me but forgot to put the correct address on the package. Hence, I am still waiting as the Royal Mail had to return them as they did not know where to deliver them"

"I have found that since you’ve made your products ‘vegan’ the quality has gone down. The strawberry soap, as a cleansing bar, is lovely but the smell of strawberry is very weak. The same applied to your mango body wash. Before you could smell it on your body for a while but after it was altered the perfume once again was very weak. And last but not least, the white musk totally changed aroma. I had purchased white musk from you for years, even when it was produced as oil, but I won’t wear it anymore. I have started wearing white musk leau ( I may have got the spelling wrong) because that is a totally different aroma. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the change in your products, and as I used to buy a lot of items the only thing I’ll buy now will be the perfume. It is such a shame.
