How do I make changes to my subscription?
For any of the following changes, log into your account using the email address you used when you ordered and navigate to “Subscriptions”, or call Customer Care on 0800 092 90 90 and we’ll take care of it for you:
- Change delivery frequency
- Change delivery date
- Change products
- Change payment details
- Change the quantity of my order
- Change delivery address
- Skip a delivery
- Pause my subscription
- Cancel my subscription
Can I get my next subscription order early?
Yes! Log into your account using the email address you used when you ordered and navigate to "Subscriptions". Just click the button labelled “Send now” and we’ll process your order straight away.
How do I view future deliveries?
Log into your account using the email address you used when you ordered and navigate to "Subscriptions". Your next delivery date is shown against your order.
Can I gift a subscription to friends and family?
Yes. Just put their name and address in the shipping address and we’ll do the rest.
What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
We accept card payments only for subscription orders. Alternative payment methods, such as PayPal or a buy now pay later credit scheme, are not accepted.
What happens if my payment is unsuccessful?
We will try to take payment two more times after the first unsuccessful attempt. Each retry happens 3 days after the previous attempt. If payment is unsuccessful after all 3 attempts, we will cancel the order. Please note, this does not cancel your subscription - we will attempt to place the order again in line with your next delivery date. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do this from your account, or by contacting Customer Care.
Can I use a discount code with my subscription?
No. Subscriptions enjoy the benefit of being already discounted by 10%, so we don’t allow further promotional discounts to be used as well.
Can I use an LYBC reward with my subscription?
Sorry no. We're working on it but unfortunately LYBC rewards and birthday vouchers can't be used to pay for subscriptions at the moment.
Will I get LYBC points for my subscription orders?
Yes. Every subscription order will accrue LYBC points at the same rate as a regular order.
What happens if an item is out of stock when my subscription is due?
We’ll email you 5 days before your next subscription order is going to be processed to let you know. If you’d like to, you can switch the item for another – just log into your account and navigate to “Subscriptions”. If you don’t want a different item, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll automatically adjust your order and only charge you for the items we send. We’ll keep trying to place an order for the out-of-stock item for the next 30 days (don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated by email), after which point we’ll stop trying until your next scheduled subscription order is due.
What happens if an item I have on subscription is discontinued?
If a product you have on subscription is discontinued, we will contact you ahead of time to let you know. We’ll do our best to offer you an alternative, but if we’re not able to we will need to cancel your subscription order.
