Love Your Body Club
We are making some changes to our longstanding and much-loved Love Your Body Club programme. These changes are all to improve your experience but, this means that from 30th April, for a short time, you will not be able to shop as a loyalty customer in retail spaces or online.
What changes are being made?
From the 30th April, until June 2025 you will not be able to shop as a loyalty customer.
This means:
- Your points will be frozen in your account from 30th April, and you will not be able to gain any new points during this time
- Your vouchers will be frozen in your account from 30th April, and you will not be able to spend them during this time
- Your online account will not be available, but you will be sent an email on 30th April to let you know your points and voucher balance
All your data will remain safe and we will have any outstanding vouchers ready when the programme is re-launched soon.
You can still gain points and use your loyalty vouchers when shopping in retail until 30th April.
The Love Your Body Club programme has been running for 10 years, and we want to offer you something new, innovative and exciting!
This year we have launched our new website, to deliver a better customer experience and better way of shopping with The Body Shop. As a result the Love Your Body Club programme will, for a time, no longer be available on our website. This means you can only gain loyalty points, use your Love Your Body Club vouchers and see your points & voucher status in our retail stores from 22nd January 2025.
Why are we making these changes?
We are working on a new and exciting loyalty programme which will be available later in 2025. The Body Shop HQ team will keep you updated on all new developments and changes to the programme.
What changes have happened to the Love Your Body Club?
We have made some changes to the Love Your Body Club and how you redeem points, and redeem rewards.
From 22nd January 2025 the Love Your Body Club is available in retail stores only. This means your Love Your Body Club vouchers will still be available to use in retail stores, and you can gain points on transactions made in stores. However you can no longer gain points or use vouchers online.
How will I know how many points and vouchers I have available?
You will be sent a monthly statement which will detail the number of points you have available and your points. You will also be able to ask the teams when you go into your local store.
I have a voucher that I'd like to use online - how do I redeem it?
We are working on upgrading our website and at this time it is only possible to use your voucher in your nearest store.

How will I continue to earn points & use vouchers?
You can still earn points and vouchers by going into your local The Body Shop retail store. As a reminder for every £1 spent at The Body Shop stores in a transaction using your account, you will earn 10 loyalty points. For every 500 points that you earn, your account will automatically be credited with a voucher to the value of £5.
