1. Start by cleansing skin with our Sleep Relaxing Hair & Body Wash. Make sure you hop into a hot bathtub or shower to open your pores and get the most out of your exfoliator.
2. Rinse.
3. Give the pot a good stir to mix the oil and salt crystals together.
4. Scoop out a generous dollop of exfoliator.
5. Massage over damp skin in gentle circular motions (take as long as you like).
6. Rinse and towel dry.
