"I found this to have such a thick lard-like feel and application that it was impossible to use as a scrub. It left a coating on my skin that took 2 washes to get off. It was truly horrible, felt like I was covered in thick Vaseline. Would not buy or use again."

"Like many others on here I really don't like this product at all. I've exclusively used Body Shop products for my face skin and body care over 20 years. However lately their new formulas and lines haven't impressed me. The Shea body scrub was truly terrible though. It would not come off!!! I feel sticky and waxy and gross. It left such a thick residue. Why won't it come off????? I thought maybe I had done something wrong (how??) and got on here to read the instructions. Turns out it's not just me. I will either be returning this product or throwing it away. Sorry Body Shop you've changed lately. The new formulas just aren't cutting it. No stars from me on this one and I'm sad to say I think I'll be branching out to find products from other brands now."
