"I am so angry! This item and others, we missing from my order. I was promised the missing items would be sent to me. Nothing. I was then requested a requested refund. Nothing. The Body Shop do not care about their customer service. Avoid being robbed and purchase ellse where. I am not stopping until I have my money back!"
