"I would love to say this body cream has helped revive my heatwave dried out skin to a more youthful look, but sadly it has been sitting with the Royal Mail, 4 days at one depot and another 4 at my local depot. Will my skin ever feel hydrated and comfortable again? Will it glow with a delightful cherry blossom fragrance? Or will it be too late and I'll look like a dried up prune for the rest of my days? No one seems to know, not even customer services. What a shame."
