"I used to love the Christmas cranberry shower gel as it smelt amazing and when I wore the body butter with it I was told by friends that I smelt just like Christmas. Unfortunately, you have changed the formula and gone vegan and it is very disappointing now and smell nothing like before. I will not be purchasing again."
