"How i use this: when going swimming i take water from home in a spray bottle ( as water in the showers at the pool is heavily chlorinated) i soak my hair and then apply this oil and i find this really protects my hair - when i get home and washing my hair i can feel how the oil has adhered to my hair and protected it and my hair feels fab"
