We believe strongly in our products and their quality, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the items for a full refund within 45 days of the date of purchase with your receipt.
RETURNS WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT: Should you choose to return a product within 45 days of the purchase date, we will happily refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. You can return to any The Body Shop store location in the country of purchase or online.
You can return to any The Body Shop store location in the country of purchase with the original receipt or packing slip if purchased online. To locate your nearest store please visit our store locator online here. Refunds are based on the purchase price shown on the original receipt. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund. Credit Card purchases will be credited back to the original card. Love Your Body Club points associated with your refund will be removed when the transaction is processed.
To return online, your original receipt must be included. Please remember to complete the returns form found on the order invoice. Without the information on the returns form will we be unable to issue you with a refund. If you have lost the return form, please download it here, or include the following information with your return: your order number, whether you want a return or a replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price. When returning online we do not refund delivery charges. Please package your return in the original box, if possible, and send to:

OUTLET: Items purchased at The Body Shop Outlet locations must be returned to any Outlet location across the country of purchase and cannot be returned to a regular The Body Shop location.
THE BODY SHOP AT HOME: Items purchased from The Body Shop at Home cannot be returned to a The Body Shop store location or online. Returns for such purchases are handled via your Consultant or through the customer care team contact us
NO RECEIPT: Customers who do not have a receipt will be offered an exchange or gift card based on the lowest selling price of the item(s) at the store level within the last 45 days, factoring in all promotions, discounts and offers. For online returns without a receipt, it will be returned based on the lowest selling price online.
GIFT RECEIPTS: An exchange or gift card will be issued for the purchase price on the gift receipt.
GIFT CARDS: Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except otherwise required by law.
