Vitamin C Glow Boosting Intense Moisturiser

Very disappointing

"I have used this for around two years after finally deciding to stop using cheap stuff and look after my skin a bit better. I ordered this and it arrived promptly as it always does, opened the jar and it was a different colour and like a thick cream. I contacted Customer Services to see if the recipe had changed but it hasn’t. After seeing photographs they very kindly decided to replace the jar, but when the new one arrived, it was exactly the same!! So I am £22 down and have 2 jars of cream that I won’t be using as a) I don’t know what it is and b) it doesn’t feel very nice on your skin. I have given up and gone back to the cheap stuff as at least I can rely on that!!"
