"Having used Body Shop peppermint foot spray for many years, it was time to restock so I went online and bought this. I noticed on the website that the packaging had changed but I thought that’s all it was, little did I know how much the product has changed too - and not for the better! The previous formula needed no improvement, it was magnificent - a spritz of this icy cold product was an absolute delight to the legs and feet after a day at work in hot weather, with a lovely peppermint fragrance . My whole family used it. I am guessing that you’ve changed the formula due to all your products going vegan . Well, it’s a disaster. The packaging is terrible, instead of a delightful, wide spritz, we’re now getting it coming out in one solid straight jet. Despite saying “icy cold” on the packaging, it’s not icy cold at all and the smell is horrendous, it’s not peppermint at all, it’s got a slight whiff of spearmint mixed with overtones of I don’t know what, something else, and it’s not pleasant. Just to cap it all, it’s horribly sticky too. I’m so disappointed with this. Please please change it back. All of us who have used and loved the old version for many years will not be buying this one more than once. What’s the point of changing the formula of a much loved product just to make it vegan when the end result is a product so awful in every way that nobody wants to buy it?! I would give this 0 stars if I could, but it wouldn’t let me submit a review without giving at least 1 star."
