"I used to buy the Spa of the World™ Japanese Camellia, which was 350ml, but my most recent purchase was only 300ml for the same price. Granted, I should have been more mindful, but this is a significant reduction in size—and an increase in price per milliliter—that feels misleading. It’s very disappointing to be sold a product at what I now realise is a higher price for less, without any clear notice or explanation. This experience has definitely put me off shopping at Body Shop altogether. Consumers need to be vigilant and check product sizes carefully, as companies can change packaging and portion sizes without transparency. I feel cheated and will think twice before buying from this brand again."
