"I was so excited to try this and now I’m glad I only bought the travel size. This scrub smells like play-dough, and is so greasy that I couldn’t actually wash off the scrubby bits as they were stuck to my skin. When I went to dry myself off, thick grease covered my towel. I had to wipe myself down with shower wipes just to get the residual oils off. Will not be buying this product again!"

"I requested a coconut body cream nitro the scrub. I usually order from Amazon, but it was cheaper to order the cream direct from body shop. Could I exchange for a body cream in one of your stores please ? Thank you. The body shop brand of coconut body cream is the best, smoothest, & most agreeable I have tried amoungst many others. "The coconut scent is nice but it left my skin so sticky. It both felt icky all day and even made my clothes stick to me. I've used other Body Shop sugar scrubs and haven't had this problem at all so I'm not sure what's going on with the coconut body scrub but I couldn't in good conscience recommend this to anyone."
"This scrub is like a heavy ointment. As it is too thick you don't get any exfoliation. In addition to that it doesn't wash off with water alone . . . . I had to take a shower and use quite a bit of body wash to remove the heavy ointment layer that the water beaded but did not evaporate of roll off. I'm glad I only did my legs/thighs. I nearly started with my shoulders & arms which I would've ended up with it in my hair also requiring me to shampoo & condition too. Sadly I purchased 2× 250ml pots as I've never had an issue with any of your scrubs I've purchased previously . . . . Fortunately with excitement I did try this product prior to finishing my previously purchased 2 pots of Spiced Orange Sugar Body Scrub so I am still within the 30 day satisfaction period and hopefully won't have any issue with an instore Return/Refund."
