6 tips for an even skin tone

Tip 1: Healthy diet

You’re a clever clogs, so you know that there are more benefits to maintaining a healthy diet than just keeping your body in shape, right? Hotly recommended by not just your gym buddies and doctor, but skincare supremos too – making sure you eat a well-balanced diet including lots of fruit and veggies can help to keep your skin looking tip-top and more even toned. For help with that inside-out glow, think – healthy choices and regular mealtimes.

Tip 2: Stay hydrated

How to get even skin tone? You can only help your skin by drinking plenty of water, ensuring your hydration levels are right where they should be. After all, scientists say that if you’re dehydrated, you might see the signs of it in your face – skin dullness, and under-eye shadows and wrinkles that appear more noticeable. To help sustain a more even complexion, glug through roughly 6-8 glasses of H20 a day.

Tip 3: Exercise regularly
