I read some reviews that said the new smell after the formula change was bad, but I didn't want to believe them. However, they were right.the strawberry items use to be very fragrant with a sweet and tolerable strawberry scent but this formula is the complete opposite. I let my friend smell both the soap and the lotion and she said it smelt like chemicals more than strawberry. Additionally, I found some old body shop strawberry lotion and compared the two. Not only is there a drastic difference in scent but in texture as well. The old one was soft and melted in your hands, but the new one doesn't mix well into the skin at all. If this has happened to all the body shop products,I sadly won't be spending anymore money here, which is a shame because I use to love shopping here. :(
