Community Fair Trade Organic Coconut Oil

Coconut oil has been moisturising skin and hair forever, and ours comes from our partners in sunny Samoa.

Community Fair Trade Babassu Oil

One of nature’s most moisturising oils, babassu is packed with natural goodness, leaving skin feeling soft and smooth.

How to use

Towel dry after exfoliating and cleansing.
Scoop out a dollop of Body Butter.
Slather over very dry skin sparingly or generously.
Give dry-prone nooks and crannies like knees, elbows and feet some extra TLC.
Give it a few minutes to sink into skin before getting dressed.
Feel nourished, smoothed and softened.
Love and nourish your skin once a day.

Of all the different scents there are, my favourite over all is coconut. The body butter is a little thicker then some of the others which is good.

The complaints about the negative changes you’ve made to your Coconut Body Butter are numerous. Have used this cream for 15-20 years twice a day. Everything about it was incredible. The changes in formula are so disappointing. Are you changing it back? 3 answer

I absolutely agree! The reason for not changing it back is so vague and inconsistent especially since you can still buy the smaller size in the old formula. Please change it back or improve the new formula because it is a mess.

I have to agree, the new formulations for all the body butters are ineffective. They don't feel like they moisturize, they leave a tacky residue. I've tried the coconut and shea and sadly both are no-gos. But to answer your question - Nope, TBS is not going to return to the old, well-loved formula. This new change is a marketing move they have committed to, and I think we all need to move on to other manufacturers. They've basically said this in other answers. Best of luck all!

PLease explain WHY you can’t bring back the old version I was buying for more than 23 years ! The ingrédients are a lot similar but this one is NOT GOOD .I am a custumer that spent a lot of money over the years and I deserve to know 1 answer

Agree the new formula is terrible and far less moisturizing. Disappointed after so many years of being committed to this and now will need to shop somewhere else
