Signing up to our Love Your Body™ Club programme in stores will entitle you to a Digital membership card+.
The digital card works just like the physical card. Download it onto your mobile phone, then present it in-store to enjoy all membership privileges.
The only difference is, your card’s now always at your fingertips.
+ Downloading and registration of the digital membership card must be completed upon first qualifying purchase to enjoy all membership privileges.
Only one Love Your Body™ Club digital membership card is issued per person. Membership is non-transferable. Digital membership must be completed and presented at time of purchase for privileges to be enjoyed. Membership is not valid for the purchase of gift cards, gift vouchers, charity products and services. Members cannot pay with the digital membership card.
All new customers will join as CLUB membership. CLUB membership will be upgraded to FAN membership when HK$600 net spend is accumulated during the CLUB membership year. FAN has one year membership from the date of upgrade. FAN membership is renewed for one year when a minimum net spend of HK$600 is accumulated during the FAN membership year, otherwise will be downgraded to CLUB. CLUB membership is renewed for one year upon any purchase during the CLUB membership year.
All points redemption is applicable on regular-priced items only. Points must be redeemed in multiple of 600 points. All points will expire upon membership expiry, upgrade, downgrade or renewal. CLUB and FAN members must redeem their points within membership year. Upon upgrade, CLUB membership will be expired and must redeem all the points immediately in multiple of 600 points. All expired points will be eliminated by system without prior notification and will not be returned thereafter. In case of any inconsistency between the membership points reflected in your Love Your Body™ Club digital membership account and The Body Shop® internal records, the latter shall prevail.
One time birthday offer : maximum purchase limit of HK$5,000 applies; each member can enjoy once each year; applies to members who have signed up digital membership; cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts or promotional offers. FAN Membership discount cannot be used on sale/promotional items, or in conjunction with any third-party promotions.
Members of Love Your Body™ Club must be at least 16 years old. Love Your Body™ Club membership is valid at participating The Body Shop® stores in Hong Kong and Macau (excludes Citygate, Tung Chung). The Body Shop® reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, programme inclusions and rewards structure of Love Your Body™ Club membership at any time without prior notice.
Provision of your personal information is voluntary. However, if you do not provide us with your personal information, you may not be able to join Love Your Body™ Club membership.
By providing your contact information, you agree that it, as well as other information about transactions with you that we may have about you (“Personal Information”), will be held by The Body Shop® International Limited and/or its subsidiary in Hong Kong (“The Body Shop®”), securely, anywhere in the world and for it to be shared with only The Body Shop® franchisees, subsidiaries and subcontractors ("Vendors", acting as Data Processors) and processed for the purpose of managing your membership or processing exchanges and returns or responding to requests and complaints (the "First Purpose”).
We intend to use your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes, and we require your consent in order to do so. If you provide your consent, your name and contact information will be used to keep you informed of The Body Shop®'s beauty products, services, news, and offers, or to allow you to participate in customer research, or in order that we may analyze our sales, your needs and preferences, or to improve our distribution channels and our marketing methods and contact you about our products, promotions and campaigns (the “Second Purpose”). We promise we will never share your information with third parties not directly associated with The Body Shop® (other than those mentioned above) without your further explicit consent.
You agree that during your membership, we will process your Personal Information for the requirements of the First Purpose mentioned above. Upon expiry of your membership we will assume that your consent with respect to the First Purpose has lapsed, and so we will then cease any processing of your Personal Information with respect to the First Purpose, as soon as it is legally permissible for us to do so, pursuant to tax or other relevant legislation.

The Body Shop® WiFi (“Service”) will be provided, free of charge, for all existing Love Your Body™ Club members and customers who are signing up for the digital membership in The Body Shop® stores (each a “Customer”).
Dealings that the Customer may have with promotions, services or merchants via the Service are solely between the Customer and the person with whom they are dealing. The Body Shop® does not warrant or guarantee the suitability of the Service for any specific application or purpose intended by the Customer, that products or services or any websites accessible via the Service are error or virus free, or that the performance of the internet or that the transmission of information over the internet will be secure, uninterrupted or free from errors, or that the internet will be accessible at all times or at the speeds indicated.
Signal strength may vary or fail altogether due to certain factors which are not within the control of The Body Shop®, including, but not limited to, building structure, building material, natural or artificial barriers, electrical or electromechanical interference and/or weather conditions. The Body Shop® shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such interference or failure. The speed range may vary between users and is subject to device used, hardware and software limitation, distance between user and WiFi access point, source of website and other external factors. The Body Shop® reserves the right at its absolute discretion to discontinue and/or suspend the Service whether in whole or in part without any liability whatsoever to the Customer. The Body Shop® shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss, liability, costs and/or damage whatsoever (whether direct, indirect or consequential) in respect of any matter howsoever arising (whether in tort, negligence or otherwise) in connection with the provision and/or use of the Service.
The Customer agrees not to use the Service in violation of any laws or regulations applicable from time to time; or to misuse the Service in any manner deemed inappropriate by The Body Shop®; or to allow any use of the Service to interfere with other users' access to and use of the Service.
The Body Shop® reserves the right to amend these terms any time without prior written notice to the Customer.
