Welcome to Love Your Body™ Club loyalty programme operated by The Body Shop International Limited (“The Body Shop”) in the United Kingdom (the "programme").  Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By joining and participating in the programme, you agree to be bound by the below terms.

1.       Participation - to join the programme, you must register either online or in-store, provide your name, a valid email address and agree to receiving emails from us at this address, your address and birth date. It is your responsibility to keep us updated if your email address changes. To enrol you must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 16 or older. Your membership is for personal use only and we may in our sole discretion refuse any applications; merge suspected multiple memberships; terminate a membership and/or cancel or reduce points at any time if we consider your transactions to be excessive and/or are for commercial or non-domestic purposes or subject to onward sale or delivery or if we reasonably suspect breach of any of these terms.

2.       Usage - Use your card when shopping in any participating The Body Shop® stores in the UK, as well as online at thebodyshop.co.uk or through our iPhone app. Points cannot be [earned or] redeemed at the Hove and Horsham stores or through The Body Shop At Home. Neither the card nor any points collected may be exchanged for cash. From time to time, we may ask you to prove your identity to ensure that the scheme is not used fraudulently or otherwise in breach of the terms and conditions, and to ensure the identity of the individual using a valid card in store

3.       Rewards - For every £1 spent at The Body Shop in a transaction where you use your membership card, you will earn at least 10 loyalty points. The points will be credited to your account within 7 days.  For every 500 points that you earn, your account will automatically be credited with a voucher to the value of £5. Rewards will expire after 3 months if unspent. Points have no value before being converted into a voucher and have no cash value. You will earn points on all purchases excluding gift cards, charity products, online delivery charges and paper bags. The maximum amount of points that can be earned in any one single day is 5,000 and each account has a maximum of 3 transactions per day when points can be earned. A maximum of 5 vouchers per day can be redeemed on an account and a maximum of 10 vouchers can be active on an account at any given time. Vouchers can be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts unless otherwise stated in the offers. Vouchers can be spent on all products, excluding gift cards, charity items or carrier bags. On the occasion of your birthday; you will receive a voucher to the value of £5 (your “Birthday Gift”). In order to be eligible for your Birthday Gift, you must have made at least one qualifying purchase under the scheme prior to the date of your birthday, being a purchase for which you have generated points. Birthday rewards will expire after 1 month if unspent. You can check your points and rewards by logging into your programme account at https://www.thebodyshop.com/en-gb/login. There is no membership fee associated with the programme. Your points, Rewards, and your account under the programme are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others.

4.       Points Expiry Date & Removal – Your entire balance of points will expire after 13 months of not earning points in the programme. Points will be removed from your balance for any transactions with returned or refunded products.

5.       Voucher Donation - You may donate your voucher(s) to one of our nominated charities on our website rather than spending it on products yourself. The Body Shop will calculate all donations made by members and transfer £5 for every donation. Such donations shall be made on a quarterly or annual basis, or as agreed with the relevant charities.

6.       Termination of an account - The Body Shop reserves the right to terminate your participation in the programme: (a) if you have not used your card for a period of 13 months; (b) if The Body Shop believes that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or in violation of these terms and conditions; (c) for any reasons in its sole discretion or (d) as per clause 1 above. You can end your participation at any time by sending an email to Customer Services on ukcustomer.relations@thebodyshop.com. Upon terminating your participation in the programme all points and rewards will be cancelled.

7.       Modification and Termination of the programme – The programme terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. The Body Shop reserves the right to amend the programme terms, including the value of points and rewards (accumulated or otherwise) with seven (7) days’ notice, sent to the email address we hold for your account and by publishing the same notice on our website. VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS - This voucher can be used once only towards a partial or full payment of products in participating The Body Shop stores in the UK. Each voucher can only be redeemed online on transactions exceeding £5.00 (i.e. £5.01 or more).
