ONLINE PURCHASE
If you are returning an item you purchased online to a The Body Shop® International Limited owned store you will need to provide your confirmation email and delivery note for a full refund. INSTORE PURCHASE
If you are returning an item you purchased instore to a The Body Shop® International Limited owned store you will need to provide your reciept for a full refund.
