What information do I need to return an item to a The Body Shop® store?

Online purchase
If you are returning an item you purchased online to a The Body Shop® International Limited owned store you will need to provide your confirmation email and delivery note for a full refund. This is the procedure for The Body Shop International Limited owned stores only. For franchise stores please visit your local store to find our their policy. 

Instore purchase
If you are returning an item you purchased instore to a The Body Shop® International Limited owned store you will need to provide your reciept for a full refund. This is the procedure for The Body Shop® International Limited owned stores only. For franchise stores please visit your local store to find our their policy.

Top tip: It doesnt matter what payment type you used e.g. Paypal, Visa you can still get a refund in store - easy!
