Why was my order payment rejected?
There are a few reasons this could have happened. Please double check that you have entered your card details correctly. Please also make sure that the billing address on the card matches the billing address on the order you are placing.
Please note we are also unable to accept freight forwarding company addresses as delivery for example Self Storage, Address Pal and Storage Wizard.
