I have changed my mind and I no longer want to collect my order from the store I selected, can I re-route it and have it delivered to another store or another delivery address?

Unfortunately orders cannot be re-routed for a different store or an alternative delivery method.  If you have changed your plans and are unable to collect the order please contact our Care Centre team on 0800 092 90 90, they can assist you and discuss the most appropiate next steps for you.
