How can I track my delivery/order?
When you place an order you will get a confirmation email first please note this can take up to 1 working day, and then you will get a dispatch email when the item has been dispatched and on it's way to you. There is a "tracking reference" link on the dispatch email which you can use to track your order on the courier's tracking site.
You can also find “tracking reference” in your order history information by going to my account after logging in, and reviewing your ORDERS, as shown below:
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have an account and checked out out as a guest, you will need to wait for your dispatch email to track your order.
Delivery time is up to 5 working days from order date. We usually deliver within 3 working days but at peak times this may extend to the 5 days.
Order by 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) and we will deliver your order the next working day. Deliveries to remote locations (including highland or island addresses) may take up to 2 days longer.
Order by 2pm Thursday and we will deliver on the forthcoming Saturday**
Standard Collection Point
Takes 3-5 working days to delivered to your local Post Office
Express Collection Point
Will be ready for collection at your chose Post Office by the next working day.
Collect in Store
If you order has been placed prior to 10pm it can be collected by 2pm the following working day
