What is the process for collecting in store and when can I collect my item?
Order placed prior to 10pm can normally be collected after 2pm the following working day. You will receive an email to tell you it is ready for collection, please don't attempt to collect your order before you receive this email. Please check the store's opening days and hours before attempting collection.
Please show your order confirmation email and some proof of identification to the Store Consultant when you collect your order. This can be: the payment card you used for the order, or a current photo driver's licence or passport.
