Do you have a live chat service?
Yes we do! You can chat to any of Customer Service team between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 10pm
Saturday: 9am - 10pm
Just go to any product page/category on The Body Shop website and in the top right hand corner of the page there will be a chat icon. Simply click on the icon and start your chat. If you can't see a chat icon but you see the below image:
This is because you have tried to use our chat service out of hours. Don't worry though, just use our contact us page instead.
