WHAT IS A FACE PEEL?
Face peels used to be a professional job – and the fear of red, sore skin was enough to make a lot of us steer clear. Our collection of face peels are easy to use, amazingly effective and suitable for all skin types, so you can peel as part of your usual routine.
The gel-to-peel texture works by trapping and lifting dead skin cells, gently exfoliating off impurities. You can use them 2-3 times a week as part of your usual skincare routine.
HOW TO USE A FACE PEEL
Start by using your face peel once a week, and build your usage from there. Use your face peel in the evenings, and follow with the rest of your skincare regime. Start by double cleansing to cleanse skin and remove make-up, and apply the face peel to clean, dry skin.
Step 1: Cleanse skin to remove make-up, excess oil and grime. Dry thoroughly.
Step 2: Apply 1-2 pumps of the face peel, avoiding the eye and mouth area.
Step 3: Massage into skin for around 20 seconds using our 'butterfly technique.
TIPS FOR BEGINNERS
MY FACE IS STICKY!
If the peel was applied to wet or damp skin, it may leave some sticky residue. Use a wash cloth, warm water and a small amount of cleanser to remove any sticky bits. Make sure you apply the peel to completely dry skin next time.
I CANT REMOVE IT!
It’s a good idea to use a face cloth and warm water to remove the peel, rather than splashing it off. You can also add a little cleanser to help lift off any residue.
MY FACE IS RED/DRY!
Try using product less frequently. Start with once a week and follow with your moisturiser or facial oil.
