Hi there! Thank you for your interest in Drops of Youth™ Eye Concentrate! This is a gel-like eye concentrate in roller ball pump applicator that should be applied under the eye area. This product smoothes the appearance of lines and appearance of eye bags seems reduced. Hope this helps! :)

I think this serum would be great for you. I also have some fine lines and in the morning sometimes by eyes are puffy and dark. This serum melts all of that away
