Merchandise total must reach $75 after all item discounts and LOVE YOUR BODY™ discounts have been applied and before taxes have been applied. Simply select "Purolator Ground Transport" when choosing your shipping option during checkout. Delivery time is up to 7 business days from order date. Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. The Body Shop® Canada will only deliver to street addresses and P.O Boxes in Canada. We do not ship to international addresses.

• All deliveries are made by Purolator. Your email delivery monitoring will include your "tracking number" and a link to track the Purolator website. You can also keep track of the order and see a history of information by clicking on My Account and reviewing your "Order History".
When your order is received, we'll send you an e-mail confirming your order. Then, when your order is shipped, we'll send you a shipment confirmation. It will include the following information:

• Payment information
• Shipping method

• Tracking number
All packages are sent via Purolator. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will include your "Tracking Number" and a link to the Purolator tracking site. You can also find order tracking and history information by going to My Account and reviewing your "Order History".
You can trust our products. We will gladly accept returns not meeting your expectations. Simply return your purchase with the receipt or original invoice to any of our locations or send the product by mail shipping prepaid by you, the customer, to the address below. Purchases made with a credit or debit card will be credited back to the card. If you do not have your receipt we will be happy to provide you with a store credit based on the lowest selling price in the last 30 days to use toward any of your favorite products. We're sorry, but Gift Cards, Gift Checks, Love Your Body™ Cards, and Product Samples are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Please note that orders processed with PayPal can only be mailed back to The Body Shop warehouse as our retail stores can not process a return for purchases made with PayPal.

To return an item to a store
You can return items to any of our retail locations. Return your purchase with the receipt or original invoice. Purchases made with a credit or debit card will be credited back to the card. If you do not have your receipt we will be happy to provide you with a store credit based on the lowest selling price in the last 30 days to use toward any of your favorite products. If a mistake was made on our part, or a product was damaged upon receipt we will refund to you the shipping costs for such return as well as the shipping costs of your initial purchase provided the returned item is accompanied by carrier's invoice, showing the amount you paid for shipping back to us.
Please indicate whether the item(s) you are returning was a gift. If the item was a gift we will provide you with a store credit based on the lowest selling price in the last 30 days to use toward any of your favorite products. We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on: Gift Cards and Gift Checks or Product Samples
To exchange a product for another, please indicate in Returns the item you are returning and indicate in Exchanges the new item you want to receive. You will need to return the item at your cost if you are seeking a replacement, exchange, refund, or additional merchandise, unless we indicate that this is not necessary. Please add shipping charges viewable here. For your protection we suggest that you return via UPS or INSURED PARCEL POST. Do not return any merchandise air express or C.O.D.
You can check the status of your return or exchange (as well as other details of your order history) by clicking My Orders in the 'My Account' section. Your Order details will show you items that have been returned/refunded and new items that have been ordered to fulfill an exchange.
