I bought two to use on both sides of my face simultaneously to save time. I put them in the freezer and use in the mornings. It helps to depuff and makes my cheeks rosy because the balls are placed in a way that gliding them across my cheekbones pinches the skin a bit, not too intensively but enough to leave me with a youthful glow for couple hours. After use, I wash them with soap or cleanser and back to the freezer.
