I've been using this Hemp body oil for about a year now and absolutely love how it feels on my skin. I put it on in the shower and slowly massage it over my arms and legs, then let the warm water rinse it off. The results are a softer and smoother feel to my skin. A great protection in the winter with dry weather, as well as in the hotter months when our skin needs the nourishing effect.
