The product came opened, it was spilling a bit onto the box, but it wasnt that much so whatever. The thing that concerns me the most was that the product came opened. I had reached out to customer service SO MANY TIMES.and I got no response in return. I am very disappointed in this place. I do not plan to be ordering from here again. Even if the products are great or whatever, the lack of and non-existent customer service have driven me away.

The direction on the body of the lotion says "do not use on face", is there a reason why?
Also what product do you recommend I use for my face.
