If you sign up in store, you will be given a membership card.
If you sign up online you can see a digital card and points. Don't worry though, if you would like a physical card too, pop into your local store and they will be able to give you one.
However, you don't need a physical card to claim points in store. Just tell a member of staff at the till that you're a Love Your Body™ Club member and they will be able to look up your account details. It's all done digitally!
As long as you register your card and your online Love Your Body™ Club account with the same email address they will both automatically link - couldn't be easier!

When your points balance reaches 100, you will automatically get an email saying you have a $5 voucher available to spend in store or online.

Don't worry, as long as you have made at least 1 purchase in a 12 month period, your points will remain valid, however, should you not shop in the 12 month period your points balance will be lost.

There may be occasions where your account is missing points from an eligible purchase. This might be because your purchase was not linked to your member profile in-store, you were not logged into your account online, or because of a system issue. In these cases our customer care team can credit these missing points for you. All you need to do is email customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org with your member details (your name and email address is fine) and a copy of your receipt or order as your proof of purchase. Customer Care can then verify your identity and purchase and add your points accordingly.
One of the great benefits of being a member of our loyalty Club is that you can chose to donate your reward vouchers to one of our charity partners. It’s one of the ways we are demonstrating our commitment to our belief that business can be a force for good. Currently our aligned charity is the World Land Trust and you can find out more here. To donate your reward voucher to charity, simply log on to your online account, navigate to “My Account”, the click on the “Rewards” tab. You can then select any of your available vouchers and click to donate. Easy. The reward voucher donation option is currently only available online.
