ACTIVISM

What have you been able to achieve because of self acceptance?

Self-love and self acceptance have made me to realise how powerful I am and how much rich history is behind me as an Aboriginal woman. That connection is what made me stand up and realise that I can't shy away from having a voice. have a responsibility to use my voice and to be a game changer.

SELF LOVE IN ABORIGINAL CULTURE

Self-love in Aboriginal culture is all about a sense of belonging and connection. So when Aboriginal people don't understand who they are, or they question it because there's still that racism, then they miss that hugely important feeling of belonging. Embracing who I am and connecting with culture has only made me stronger in my self-love journey.
