    • ALOE VERA

Our Community Fair Trade organic aloe vera comes from Guatemala. The aloe leaves are hand-harvested, hand-washed and hand-filleted within 12 hours to preserve the freshness of the gel. Our trade generates vital income for the farmers of the El Progreso region and has helped to supply educational materials to over 100 schools. To find out more, visit our Community Fair Trade section.

    • OLIVE OIL

Our Community Fair Trade organic olive oil comes from southern Italy. The Nuovo Cilento Co-operative uses traditional production methods. The fruits are shaken from the trees and caught in nets to prevent bruising, then washed and cold-pressed. The co-op also runs courses on traditional cooking, as well as farming and nature-education programmes. To find out more, visit our Community Fair Trade section.
