      Our Community Fair Trade sesame seed oil comes from the Juan Francisco Paz Silva Co-operative in Nicaragua. Sesame seeds are hand-planted, sun-dried and sieved. The higher-grade seeds are pressed into the food-grade oil we use in our products. Trade gives the co-op members a regular income and has helped to fund an alternative therapy clinic.
