  COCOA BUTTER

  Our Community Fair Trade cocoa butter comes from Kuapa Kokoo in Ghana. Cocoa pods are hand-harvested and the beans are extracted, sun-dried, ground and pressed into butter. With over 50,000 small-scale farmers, Kuapa Kokoo is one of the biggest fair trade co-ops in the world. Our trade has helped to fund education and medicine for members and their families.
